Registration Process: Grafton
To Register for Grafton Sessions:
1. Go to Grafton Recreation Website
2. Create Account
3. Under "Programs": Find the Outdoor Adventure Session you wish to register your child for.
4. Complete Registration and Online Payment
To register for Hopedale Sessions:
1. Access Hopedale Registration forms by a. going to the website provided below, and downloading the PDF file provided under the "Outdoor Adventure" Tab. b. Coming into the store to say hello, and we can gladly provide you with a registration form. Thank-you.

2. Print and Complete Form.
3. Mail Completed Form and Check payable to Fin and Feather Sports, to 10 Milford Street Upton MA 0156
To register for Hopedale Sessions:
